Cannot be summoned except through fusion summon with cards which have the above (Printed) names. When this card is fusion summoned, you can offer it as tribute to destroy 1 monster (Other than itself) and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's attack. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special summon one "Blue Eyes White Dragon" and one "Red Eyes Black Dragon" from your graveyard. Only one "Legendary Dragon of Light and Darkness" can be summoned per duel.

your first and third cards are balanced and have great concepts to them.

the card that would let you draw 4 cards would be useless in non otk decks and broken in otk decks. with that card out, the success rate of first turn kill decks doubles.

#1: Because an insta-SS lv 4 is balanced. The card basically reads "You can Special Summon this card. You cannot Normal Summon or Set a monster the turn this card is Special Summoned, except by its own effect." Slightly different, but the same general idea.

#2: x3 = draw 12 cards. Yay.

#3: you do realize the SS BEWD and REBD effs will miss timing when you tribute it? It's also not powerful enough to warrant the "Once a Duel" restriction.
