FLIP: Destroy all face-up spell and trap cards on the field. While this card is face-up: continuous spell and trap cards cannot be activated.
Breaker Break

Remove 2 spell counters off 1 face-up card you control: Target 1 Spell or Trap card on the field and destroy it.

EARTH/Insect/1/50/50
When an Xyz monster is Xyz summoned: Banish this card from your hand to Banish all Xyz material attached to the summoned Xyz monster.
Time Balance
Spell
During the turn you activated this card: Banish all face-up Special Summoned monsters on the field. Place them back on the field during the end phase of the turn, your opponent gains 500 life points for each card Banished by this effect.
Short Term Blackout

Thunder King Doomcal, lol.
Penguin Samurai is really nice. It would help Penguins out so much. 1900, norm penguin, level 4. Great target for emperors eff, or Rescue Rabbit.

That is exactly why I made it. Flying Penguin is just too weak, they need a good 1900 beater.

One problem with Thunder King Doomcal. It kills itself if a monster is special summoned. Lol

One problem with Unveiler. It doesn't really help against Effect Veiler, as Effect Veiler is discarded as a cost. Lol.

Ugh... stupid cost vs effect. I will retool it to make it go against veiler.
Now it is essentially a Cold Wave that prevents your cards from being negated.

Tiger Tamer is Anti-Anti-Meta. He is meant to specifically counter King Tiger. I will fix it to make it more useable.
Lock Breaker was inspired by Fossil Dyna.
