So I'm guessing those will be the boss monsters. I'm hoping to see a lot of cards in this archetype so that the deck can be played 3 different ways.

Phoenix Gearfried
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
● When your opponent activates a Spell Card, you can select 1 Gemini Monster from your Graveyard and Special Summon it. Also, you can send 1 face-up Equip Card you control to the Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card that targets a monster on the field and destroy it.
Chaos Sorcerer
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; banish that target. This card cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.
Daedalus
Send "Umi" on your side of the field to the Graveyard to destroy all cards on the field except this card.

From what I've seen on the Pojo Six Sam thread, here's Lightray Gearfried's effect:

8 Stars/LIGHT/Warrior-Type - Effect/2800 ATK/2200 DEF
{{Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand), when you have {X} LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard and cannot be Special Summoned in other ways. Once per turn, when an opponent's Spell or Trap Card is activated, if you control only Warrior-Type monsters: Banish 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard; negate the activation and destroy it.}}

With the release of Lightray Diabolos, that gives us 4 Lightray boss like monsters. Diabolos is Dragon, Sorceres is Spellcaster, Gearfried is Warrior and Daedalus is Sea-Serpent.
It really looks like that Lightray will be an all boss archetype for different types, any guesses on what the next type and which monster will be next? I'm hoping we get a Lightray version of Dark Lucius for Fiends, Coelecanth for Fish, Lightning Punisher for Thunder, Vampire Lord for Zombies and Master Gig for Psychics.

the Lightray look very similar to The sacred (kaust and leonis mainly).
I wonder if Lightray and Sacred's have some kind of connection with one another or if they just happen to look similar? would be neat if, whatever happened to the vylons to make them into sacreds also happened to these guys, though i guess that can't happen since the world world was reset or something?
