Scrap Shark

2 questions:

1) I have scrap shark on field. Im gonna summon Orthros. Does shark self destruction eff triggers at same time?

2) I activate scrapstorm targeting shark. On the effect solving time, theres still shark on field to destroy?

1)shark destruction is continuous, it destroy itself after the effect monster effect, spell or trap card resolved.
2)yes. it still there until scrapstorm resolved entirely.

EDIT:

Buut... any effect on any place of the game still destroys shark? Example: Effect veiler, immortal bushi, junk defender and necro gardna

once their effect resolved, shark will destroy itself immediately.

however, if veiler was targeting shark; shark won't be able to destruct himself as it got negated by veiler first before applying.
