Solved Scrap Dragon vs Safe Zone + Royal Decree

If i activate Scrap Dragon and target Royal Decree and Safe Zone (both active), does the target of Safe Zone get destroyed when Scrap Dragon resolves? thanks

If Royal decree already active
that would negate Safe Zone already... refer to a negated Call of The Haunted

But not sure if it happen in a chain....

Decree negate Safe Zone eff, so Scrap Dragon won't be destroyed.

Both are detroyed at the same time, so Royal Decree is still negating Safe Zone at te time of destruction.
