Normal spell

You use it on the opponent's wind up rabbit obviously.

Name: You guys are getting it wrong, its just a storm a regular small storm, unlike the Heavy Storm we all know, hence the underpowered effect.
Artwork: Well, actually you guys are wrong once again, it is not a prequel; it is just a (Storm), the other one was a (Heavy) Storm. Also, this time there is another guy in a blue shirt.
Effect: Meh.

Well, I guess the only good use for this is Starlight Road, because it is at 3 and so is this card, although HS still does that better too =P

double cyclone is still better, but mst is the best, but not always

So... how much typhoon exist ? I cann't count them all at the moment...

Meh, that is all that can be said.

Storm is a gimmicky card at best as well as trivial in nature. It is more of a vessel for a story than a successful card. This is just another example of "Wow this card is cool because __________" than a useful card. The fact that you have to destroy your own to destroy their s is just plain bad. Why run this with Heavy Storm at 1, MSt at 3,etc. Heck, Double Cyclone even trumps this card.
