If the monster where Inzektor Giga-Mantis is destroyed, Giga-Mantis will be destroyed too, but it's effect activate to special summon 1 Inzektor from grave?

No, it won't .-.
Giga Mantis suffers from Aklys rulings. If the monster it is equipped to is destroyed, it is destroyed due to not having a target and is no longer equipped to the monster. As suck it's conditions for activations are not met and it does not activate.

Yes, Giga-Manits has to be destroyed without destroying the monster its equipped to to trigger its effect, essentially
