chains, yeah and more chains

in a duel this thing happens:
i synchro summoned fabled ragin having a T.G. hyper librarian and 0 cards in my hand... so... wich eff activates first?
chain 1: ragin
chain 2: tg hyper librarian
result: 3 cards in hand
or:
chain 1: t.g. hyper librarian
chain 2: ragin
result: 2 cards in hand

correct me if i'm wrong:

chain 1: tg hyper (already in the field 1st)
chain 2: ragin
result: 2 draw from ragin + 1 from tg

Librarian is mandatory and I'm to lazy to check if Regin is mandatory too but the sole fact that Librarian is Mandatory means he is always chain link 1(unless in SEGOC situation in which you can place it as Chain Link 1 so it makes no difference) so you will end up with 3 cards in hand

What Badass_Bunny said is totally correct. Just in case, here's how the chain is built and resolved:


Chain Link 1: T.G. Hyper Librarian (mandatory)
Chain Link 2: Fabled Ragin (optional) -> Doesn't really matter in this situation, as Librarian is already mandatory, ensuring it's place as CL1.

Resolving the chain backwards:

- Draw 2 cards thanks to Ragin's effect.
- Draw 1 card thanks to Librarian's effect.
