ingame someone said there is a rule against a mosnter lv going over 12

i never heard of it before there are some monsters unable to go over 12 by their own effects but i never heard the lv cant go over 12 under any conditions

greed quasar is known to be able to go over 12




or is this a new rule it just came out?

That someone is an idiot. If a monster like Greed Quasar can go over Level 12 with its own effect, why can't other monsters go over Level 12 with their own effect or other card effects?

Fortune Ladies cannot go over 12, it says so on the card.
For other cards I would have no idea.

They're an exception of the rule, and that rule says that there is only a lower boundary for levels (1), no upper one.

Actually, Fortune Ladies Can go Over 12. Just not with their own effects to level up. If you activate that spell card that levels them up by three then yeah, you can go up to 15 even.

Well that person doesnt know the rules. You can go over 12, but there is no reason you'd want to except to boost up calculator.
