Fortress Dragon + Power Bond = ????

Just a simple question, does power bond actually work to summon fortress dragon and does the magic cards effect kick in with it. I know that fortress dragon doesn't need poly to summon but is it possible to add power bonds effect to the equation?

Any straight answers to this question would be appreciated, thanks.

when a fusion says you don't use poly, then you don't use poly or any other things like it. You are not allowed to.

yes it effects says do no use a poly, so it will apply to all other poly based cards like Power bond, super poly, etc.
