As long as it is remove from the field, it will be able to activate its effect. That includes if he is return back to the extra deck, banish and graveyard. The only way you can stop the effect is by negating the summon of Zero (Solemn Judgement) or if you have a card that negates the effect (Stardust Dragon since it says destroys).

Zero's effect activates because Extra Deck won't be shuffled when a card(s) return to it, so the position of the monster(s) return to Extra Deck wil be known, therefore Zero will be revealed to activates effect.

^ but when raiza returns monster to deck, it will be palaced to the top of deck without shuffling.

There we know it position.

What I meant is for every single situations that happen, not just Raiza. And yes it's true that we know the position of the card that was returned by Raiza, but the game mechanics won't count.

Actually, you cant return fusions to the deck, you have to return it to the extra deck. I dont think positioning matters in this case since the effect does not say anything about it.

you can prevent the effect from activating by removing zero from field while face down

The reasoning I remember for the return to Extra Deck ruling was that you are actually allowed to look at cards in your extra deck, but you can't just pick up your main deck and start looking through it.

Can I ask you why do you make such topics constantly?

But hell,
1) my opp won't accept logic behind the rulings from my own mouth.
2) If i giving link, it accused as a VIRUS
3) And when I call mods, nobody answering. By the time mod responds, my opp already left

best of all part : when you talking in public chat, you will got banned for "SPAMMING" while you rarely said anything in public chat. (great accusation there)

And most important of all whats wrong making a ruling question/discussion in a ruling section ?

Also, Not mention lots In-game mods (not trying ot generalizing) also not competent with rulings (as you can seen on other thread, not started by me)
