Team Names

I was just wondering if we could have the team names only be given out to the people who are actually selected to join a team. As it is right now anyone can pick a team to be on without even being recruited.

Maybe have it also where only members of that team can post and see the thread they are part of. Some teams won't last because as I can see so maybe this will work for the teams that are organized and won't fall apart because of inactive members and poor leadership.

I'll think about this, its possible to do all of that, but I need to think about the best way to go about it if i decide to go ahead with it.
