Heralf of Orange Light vs Chaos Hunter

Can you use Herald of Orange Light to negate the summoning of Chaos Hunter through it's effect?

It cannot negate the summon because herald's eff can only target faceup monsters or grave, not by hand.

There was one ruling that is similar which is like the trap divine wrath. For example: when the lava golem is sp. summoned, you can use the eff to negate taking life points but you cannot negate the special summon.

Look a few topics down and you will see another topic about herald of orange light.

There it was agreed on that Herald of Orange Light can stop ANY effect.
So I would presume that the answer is yes, you can use it to negate and destroy Chaos Hunter upon summoning.

Actually It CAN stop it´s ss effect, and i hope that with solemn you mean warning.

either one because both r easy as hell to get

CHaos Hunter cannot be stop by Solemn Judgment, and you cannot Bottomless Chaos Hunter.

there is nothing that would prevent you from bottomless chaos hunter, except if the special summon occours in the damage step

else, you can warning it, judgment can't be used and herald can negate its effect (it is a trigger, not an inherent special summon) like any other monster effect

You're forgetting the part of Chaos Hunter's effect that says your opponent cannot banish cards.
