Stardust Dragon

Well this seems fairly obvious... but

If your opponent activates Stardust effect, which puts it in the grave till end phase.. can't you just use Monster Reborn on it before ending your turn? lol.

Also if you Monster Reborn, or take control of an opponents Stardust Dragon and you use it's effect which sends it to grave until end phase.. doesn't it get brought back to your opponent's field since they are the card's owner?

Unless it was summoned with starlight road of course

If Stardust gets syncro summoned properly then monster reborn can be used. If it was solemned or summoned by the use of starlight road then no you cannot use monster reborn.
