freeze lock contineous effect?
the first part of the eff says: "When your opponent's monster declares an attack: End the Battle Phase." so this effect activates always as long as i have a ninja face up on the field?

I believe it is a trigger effect

If I'm not mistaken, the first part of the effect that ends
the Battle Phase only works when you first activate the set
card. After that, only the battle changing effect will be
applied while you control a Ninja.

Why would you ask about an anime card?

It will be coming in Order of Chaos along with the other ninja cards.

Then I think the 1st eff activates, the 2nd eff is continuous.

Yeah the second effect is continuous but the first only
applies when you first activate the card.

Actually I think the 1st eff can be activated as many times as you want as long as you control a face-up Ninja monster(s).

Re: freeze lock contineous effect?
I recall reading a translation saying otherwise, but I don't know.
We'll just have to wait until the set is out and they put out rulings.
One thing that came to mind: if you could use the Battle Phase ending
effect each turn, wouldn't that be kinda broken, even with a face up
Ninja requirement? Or has power creep made that normal?

is a contineous trap, MST, lyla, heavy storm can easly send them to fly, this card is made to ninjas in specific to use only with the ninjas, because they were really left behind until now

Freeze lock prevents your opponents monsters to change battle positions so, assuming that you already have a ninja on the filed, i don't think Lyla can activate her effect since she needs to switch to defense in order for her to destroy a spell/trap.

Re: freeze lock contineous effect?
Other cards such as "Final Attack Orders" also "forbid" you from changing your battle position; yet this only applies to manually doing so, and not due to card effect. Thus, Lyla can use her effect. Attack Orders is not very clear on this, granted cards her did not much exist when the card was released.
We find the same situation with Freeze Lock; it doesn't say which. The Wikia is similarly without resolution to this conundrum, but we can safely make a few assumptions based on the exact wording of the card.
For instance: The first line does not state that the first effect to negate an attack occurs only when the card is activated. When the card doesn't say something happens - it doesn't. Don't inject something into the card that just isn't there.
Secondly, given that the clause regarding battle position is worded exactly like the beforementioned card, we are left to either assume it follows the same rules, which I am inclined to accept, or assume that this one card makes every battle position-changing card in existence unplayable. Interestingly, Konami could avoid confusion by adding a line like, "Except by card effect".
Alas, Konami doesn't seem think to Step #2 when printing card text. We'd have a lot less ruling problems if they actually thought about the players beforehand.

Re: freeze lock contineous effect?
So... Any updates now ?
How should we treat this card now ?
along with Rust mist
Assuming these cards can be used even without ninja presence on the field ...
And later or you summon a ninja, while this card already face up...
If you control a face-up "Ninja" monster, when an opponent's monster declares an attack: Negate that attack, and end the Battle Phase. While this card is face-up on the field, monster(s) your opponent controls cannot change their battle positions.

If you control a face-up "Ninja" monster(s), when your opponent Special Summons a monster(s): Halve the ATK of those Special Summoned monsters.
