First Sorry for any english error i from Brazil.
My question is: Can my opponet activate "Wind-Up Zenmaighty" effect when i activate "Bottomless trap hole"?
Again sorry for any english error i do not use google translator.

If you don't pass priority then you can activate it's effect.

Your opponent must ask you if you use your priority when you Xyz Summon Wind-Up Zenmaighty (and some other monsters) before using Bottomless Trap Hole
