New staff ?

Each time i click the Call Admin button , it takes more than 20 minutes to make an admin come and thats very annoying . Like today i waited more than 40 minutes and i didnt get any help . I got sick of waiting so i left. You guys really need to find more staff .

I know for a fact the Head Admin (The Detonator) is working on this. I have contacted him on several occasion and we have discussed how under staffed we are sometimes (3 admins to 5500 users, with 24 calls...ugh). He has told me he goes through many applications a day. So be patient, as BB said, it is being worked on. 2 new members out of like 70 apps were hired yesterday. Just because we need staff doesn't mean we don't care about quality as well.
