Solved Super Rejuvenation question

Does Super Rejuvenation count instances of discarding a Dragon-type monster during a player's turn? I mean, if a Dragon-type monster is discarded to the graveyard and then returned to the hand by a card's effect, then discarded again in the same turn, will the player be allowed to draw 2 cards at their End Phase? I'm not sure... Any help?

If a card leaves a Zone, it will be treated as new card.

Thanks. So, to sum up, it's perfectly legal to draw twice for the same Dragon-type monster discarded twice in one turn?
