Yes since you can chain to the effect of you drawing cards from the deck when it's not the draw phase.

for some reason though it doesn't allow me to do this on TF5... it immediately goes to the hand size limit adjustment without giving me a chance to activate the other Super Rejuvenation that i drew... stupid game >.>

well, those games also don't seem to be able to react on everything. Just keep the a-button (or whatever that is in the PSP) pressed, even during drawing. If he is ready with that he should ask you if you want to activate something else.
