Cannon Soldier MK-2 and Scapegoat

I posted this in hopes that my opponent (I chose to withhold his username) would see this and realize what happend.

LIFE POINTS

Opponent: 2700
DemonKingHiro: 30000

With 2 Reptilanne Naga's on the field, I Tributed 1 to summon Cannon Soldier MK-2,then tributed 3 scapegoats and 1 Reptilanne Naga = 30000 Damage.
During all of this Opponent activated no effects/cards to negate.

Below is the chat

DemonKingHiro: -1500.
Opponent has lost 1500 life points.
DemonKingHiro: Again.
Opponent: I just did.
DemonKingHiro: I tributed 4.
DemonKingHiro: His effect does 15 for 2.
DemonKingHiro: So that did 3000 this turn.
Opponent: I just asked my friend who plays alot he said you cant do that...
DemonKingHiro: You can't tribute scapegoats for summuns.
Opponent: No.
DemonKingHiro: also Cannons effect dose not say once per turn.
Opponent: Exactly.
Opponent has gained 1500 life points.
DemonKingHiro: no, watch.
DemonKingHiro: 1st I tributed the naga and 1 goat.
Opponent: IT SAY ITS IN THE CARD!!!! You cant do that.
DemonKingHiro: You can Tribute 2 monsters to inflict 1500 damage to your opponent.
Opponent: You didnt.
DemonKingHiro: I did, I activated scapegoat and tributed it and naga then the othet 2 goats.
Opponent: You cant use the scapegoats.Your cheating my friend, sorry.

Opponent: YOU CANT DO IT. IT SAY IT IN THE EFFECT

Opponent: This qualifies as a tribute summons

DemonKingHiro: I did not summon any monsters with those goats
Opponent has called an admin
DemonKingHiro: I summoned the cannon soldier with my 1st naga
Opponent: Bro look you can't tribute the tokens
Opponent: "Sheep Tokens" cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon (or Set).
DemonKingHiro: Reread that
DemonKingHiro: Cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon
DemonKingHiro: It does not say effect
Opponent: Exactly you did that.
DemonKingHiro: I did not, I had 2 nagas.
DemonKingHiro: I tributed the 1st to summon the cannon soldier and then activated scapegoat,
then I tributed my 4 monsters to do 1500 for each pair.
Opponent has canceled his admin call.
Opponent: Okay whatever, YOU SUCK D**K b**h!
Opponent has left the duel.

Point is, was it neccisary for him to overeact instead of reading the cards for himself?

I don't see how anything could be misconstrued. If he just read the cards, he wouldn't have made a rear-end of himself.

A couple of things that you DID do wrong from what I'm reading:

• You cannot activate Scapegoat in the same turn that you summoned another monster whether it was before activating or after.
  
• You cannot activate Scapegoat if you do not have 4 or more vacant monster zones.

If that is the case then it would only be 1 thing wrong I already had both naga's on the field before this turn. And instead of him shouting I can't tribute the goats he could have been the smarter one and figured that out.

He means you can't activate Scapegoat because you summoned MK-2.

He had MK-2 and a Reptilanne Naga on the field. Even if they were summond last turn he could not have activated scapegoat.

No storyteller is right I had not yet summoned MK-2. I am very unused to advanced rules, By this I mean, IRL when playing my friends and we don't count Tribute as Normal summons though we limit it to 1 per turn. So I was at fault for activating the card in the 1st place.
