if mataza is your only monster on the field creature swap cant be activated and if you control other monster you have to give that one to opponent same if the opponent has mataza and another monster hell be forced to choose the other

Got it. I was just confused, bc on GBA snatch steal can be equipped to mataza, however, after equipped, mataza trigger his effect.

and creature swap (also super poly) doesn't target

please refrain from using a VG ruling especially the old ones. you're not supposed to able to target mataza with such card (snatch steal, brain control, change of heart, tg-em1, etc).
also mataza unable to change control is a continuous effect.

as for non-targeting effect, refer to creature swap ruling that has been provided by raidou above.

So, its impossible. The mistake of the vg was programming mataza to a trigger effect. Its continuous, so, its a invalid target. Thanks.
