Creature Swap

Are the swapped monster return to their original owner, or will it remain permanently to the new owner if it is not destroyed nor tributed?

Monsters switched by Creature Swap do not switch back at the end phase.
Cards like Brain Control/Change of Heart say until the end phase.

Creature Swap makes the switch permanently as long as they are on the field.

And for the proper saying, Creature Swap doesn't swap the card to another "owner", it swap the card to another "controller".

If the card is removed from the field and returns to the field during the end phase does it return to who controlled it at the time it was removed, or does it return to the original controller/owner? Example, if someone Creature Swapped Stardust Dragon and then used it's effect.

I guess in this case, I'm wondering if my opponent say my opponent Monster Reborn my Stardust and then used it's effect as well would it return to his field or mine? I know it may sound like an obvious answer but often times when it involves the graveyard rulings can be a lil funny.

In your question, Stardust Dragon needs to be in your graveyard to be summoned. However if you control your opponents Stardust Dragon and use the effect it comes back to their side of the field.
