Once per turn effects are resetted after a controller switch?

Why would it reset? Just so it switched control? So what? That doesn't change effects.

The only way an Effect resets is if it is no longer Face-up on the field. This means if the monster is flipped face-down or is removed from the field.

The monster is still activated its effect. Switching control doesn't change anything about the monster. The only thing that changes is the Player's monster count.

Switching sides does not leave the field, neither does it flip the monster face-down.
