Once per turn........again

i don't get why do some cards like this amazoness village have like a continuous "Once per turn"

and others have an actually you can only activate "once per turn"

and which one does amazoness heirloom follow?

I believe it activates during either player's turn, once per turn.
It's just like a quick effect monster's effect: if it's once per turn that's activated in response to something, it can be activated during either turn (unless specified otherwise)

Oops. Yeah, not really like a quick effect. More like a mandatory trigger effect.

Might have to do with rulings? Don't really know how to answer the first one but Amazoness heirloom would work during either turn. It would say once per your turn or something like that if you couldn't active it during your opponents turn.

If the effect is a trigger effect, it activates once every turn, doesn't matter whose turn it is. So they can activate once on your turn and again in the opponent's turn.

so how do you decide if its a trigger effect or not :/

Something that says: When......, If..... or stuff like that who activates whenever a condition is met, is a trigger effect.
