Solved Ceruli, Gates of the Dark World, and no hand.

Okay. My opponent used Gates of the Dark World (he banished Bronn) with only Ceruli in hand. Ceruli gets Special Summoned by his effect, and then, by Gates of the Dark World, he draws.

Does Ceruli discard the card drawn by Gates of the Dark World?

Celri will start a new chain after Gates of Dark World resolved, and Celri will discard the card that your opponent has just drawn.
