Precautions from Losing Connection?

Lately, I have been losing connection during rated duels (around 5 or 6 times within the past 30 minutes). I've tried clearing my cache and closing unused applications on my computer before dueling.

Even so, I still lose connection. This has never happened before, as I've always experienced a consistently stable connection while dueling.(Each time I disconnected, I noticed the traffic on the server is always 6300+ players.)

Can someone give me some tips/and or precautions for maximizing my connection's stability?
