Solved Ruling Question

Post  D-Torax 2012-01-15, 16:07

My opponent has 3 set backrow, and I have 3 set backrow. My opponent activates Heavy Storm from his hand. Here: Does he have the priority as "turn player" to chain Starlight Road? or does priority pass to me?

Also if the priority passes, If I activate Reckless Greed, can he still activate his set Starlight Road?

Thanks in advance.

He has priority to respond to the activation of Heavy Storm before you do.

Starlight Road can only chain directly to the card that is destroying 2+ cards. If you chain Reckless Greed, Starlight Road cannot be activated.

eh what?

when he activates heavy priority is automaticly passed to you, so you may chain reckless. Then he can't chain starlight. In every case, aufter the turn player activates anything that starts a chain priority is automaticly passed to you.

Any time you start a chain or add links to a chain, priority passes to your opponent. For actions that don't start a chain, you retain priority to activate spell speed 2-3 effects; and for actions that end with a summon, you retain priority for ignition effects also.
