asura priest effect to att all monsters once each has a weird ruling i still dont get and i wanted to know

is there any difference between krebons and utopia ?

i mean if krebons negate the attack asura cant attack it again

but if magic cylinder is used asura CAN attack it again

what happens if utopia does it ?

It seems to me that "Krebons"'s eff is activated at the start of the damage step, and "Magic Cylinder"'s is not. That must be the difference.
"Number 39: Utopia"'s eff is also like "Magic Cylinder".

Krebons doesn't activate during damage step.
There should be no difference between Krebons and Magic Cylinder; email konami.

strangly every ruling about krebons seems to be stated as if it would apply in the damage step...

It's the old rulings of UDE, so I think that someone should contact Konami. And there's no rulings related to Krebons state as if it would apply in Damage Step.
