Tyrant Dragon Vs. Gorz

Just wondering, can Tyrant Dragon attack once more if you activate Gorz after taking damage? This would also be for anything like activating call of the haunted after tyrant dragon attacks, while still in the same BP.

After gorz yes because a monster is on the field before the end of the damage step

After Call, I don't think so because a monster isn't the field once the attack is completed
