A second chatbox.

Kinda a lame suggestion, but would it be possible to set up a second chat box?
I ask this because I roam the chatbox nearly all of the time I'm here, and on several occasions already within my 2 days of being here I was having a conversation with someone and a load of users come flooding into the chatbox all asking the same question. (Why is the server down, why doesn't DN work, I want a mod/admin, blah blah blah.)

So really what I'm suggesting is a 2 chatboxes, One for help and support (or something of the like) and the other for members to chat with their friends.

We do have two chatboxes. One that is less obvious than the other.

However many chatboxes you have wont solve the issue of people flooding the chatboxes with the same questions or spam.
