when u summon tour guide on a future vision can u get the ss of sangan and if so can u xyz with them or dose tour guide get rfged

there is nothing that prevents any of the 2 effects from working, they just form a chain.

Before we start: This is just horrible. Use a dictionary or at least common sense before you write something in this forum ever again. Full sentences and punctuation, it can't be that hard!

When Tour Guide is Summoned, Future Visions (being mandatory) activates first. Tour Guide can chain to that with it's own effect, summoning for example Sangan.
The chains resolves backwards, Tour Guide Summons the target from your Deck, Visions removes Tour Guide. You would not be able to Xyz Summon with those 2 monsters, as Tour Guide is already banished.
