can solemn warning negate the special summoning of monster from monster effects such as a a monster being special summoned by mystic tomato?

both of these are incorrect

1) Solemn Warning can negate the (Special) Summon of a monster OR an effect that special summons a monster. In the case of Mystic Tomato, you do not negate the summon of a monster summoned by Mystic Tomato rather you negate Mystic Tomato's EFFECT that special summons a monster when it is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.

2) You cannot activate Bottomless Trap Hole on a monster summoned by Mystic Tomato simply because you cannot activate Bottomless Trap Hole during the damage step.

Sorry, just enountered a bad nubs (not in this thread) who thinks TKRO can negate tragodiea / gorz, so I am in quite raging mood.

Well... techincally there are some little numbers of normal traps whose can activated in damage step.

But in gerenal, they cann't be used on damage step

But those nubs are starting get on my nerve... but once you say anything on public chat, you'll get banned from "SPAMMING" (WTF)

You can use a normal Trap card like "Horn of the Phantom Beast" during the damage step. You can also use any monster effect, spell or trap during the damage as long as it Increases or Decreases a target monster(s) ATK and/or DEF, or unless a ruling says otherwise.

1. It negates the activation of the monster effect, not the "summoning"
2. Primary reason is since it's during the damage step.
