Catastor vs Stardust

Titel says it all.
If Catastor and Stardust would battle, what situation do we get ?

Stardust active, catastor dies

In rare case, You controlling Opp stardust, castastor attacking this stardust... you can negate catastor effect, but in end phase YOUR Opp is the one who have option to revive stardust or not... not you, since he controlling it again at end phase

if your opponent's catastor attacks one of your monsters you can negate it with stardust because stardust ids a quick effect and can activate at damage step

so catastor dies
