When this card is face-up on the field, it is treated as being Uncertain, with the following effects:
1. Is in both Attack and Defense Position.
2. Occupies every one of your Monster Card Zones not occupied by a non-Quantum monster.
3. Can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.
4. This card's Original ATK and DEF is every ATK and DEF value between 500 above and 500 below its printed ATK and DEF.
5. Is both Spin Up and Spin Down.
When this card interacts with another card that uses one of the above properties (Position, Zone, Attacking, ATK, DEF or Spin), this card adopts the value specified in the card effect (e.g. Attack Position and not Defense Position), and the Uncertain effects are negated. This card is then treated as having Collapsed, and its controller chooses from the possible values for the other properties listed in the Uncertain effect. If any of this card's properties change afterwards, this card becomes Uncertain again. When this card Collapses: draw 1 card.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, and you take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card.

Counter Trap
Activate when you and your opponent argue over a basic ruling or one that you know is correct. Facepalm yourself, then Special Summon Master Facepalmer.

You can Special Summoned with "Hand of The Facepalm". This card cannot be targeted by, destroyed by, and is unaffected by, Spell/Trap effects and other Effect Monster's effects. When your opponent does something unforgivably stupid: Place 1 Fail Counter on it. When 3 Fail Counters are on this card, you win the Duel.
