Skystarray rulings

Just wanted to check a few things
1) Skystarray is returned, not special summoned, by its effect Y/N?
2) Does the effect of skystarray returning or banishing itself count as a chain link?

As far as I see...
1) It returns to the field by its effect and does not summon at that time.
2) Banishing itself at the end of the Battle Phase is a trigger effect that starts a chain. Returning to the field is part of the same effect and doesn't start a chain.
