If you book of moon an ancient gear gadjitron dragon in the battle phase, can you time it properly in such a way that it cant be flipped up in the second main phase

Only if it was Special Summoned properly first (its summon must not have been negated).

Only if it wasn't summoned that same turn.

Only if he was Fusion Summoned and the Fusion Summon did not get negated.

It won't be able to flip up if it was summoned in the same turn.

Just so we're clear, so far fusion summons cannot be negated.

Actually, so far Normal Fusion Summon (means Fusion Summon through Fusion cards) cannot be negated. Contact Fusion Summon can be negated.

Contact fusion isn't a fusion summon.

Cyber end dragon was RFG as per the effect of malficant cyber end dragon. Can it still be targeted via Different Dimension Reincarnation

Ancient Gear Gadjitron dragon was summoned via the effect of destroying Gear town.

just read above. He wasn't summoned properly before, so he can't be revived.

And you can't change the battle position of a monster manualy in the turn it was summoned, general rule.
