Check out my thread about decks and the banlist. I talked about how Stardust will be a staple in GK (heck even Dragunity, although it is already a staple for them), because Malefic and Starlight both protect their Necrovally, and work well in the deck because they both have to do with Stardust.

Basically, a lot of decks that kinda want their Field Spell to stick will probably stick to Malefic Stardust, Starlight Road, and Stardust Dragon as their staples, am I getting that right? >__>

Well in that vein stardust assault mode deck's are very happy with the summoner monk semi-limit. With summoner monk searching level 4 tuners and assault beast searching assault mode activate.

This format is just ridiculous.

First turn Tour Guide gets Sangan, turn into Leviathan Dragon, detach Sangan and get an extra card.

Triple MST and a Heavy Storm eliminates the backrow. If we had one or the other it wouldn't be as bad, but both together is crazy.

Finally there's all kinds of sacky stuff.

Agents should still at least be somewhat viable and they don't necessarily need Tour Guide.

There's also Dark World structure coming out soon. It really helps to have a couple Tour Guide in it just for the pluses from getting a Broww and then bouncing it for Grapha, but I'm sure you can figure a way to make up for it.

Now, if you just don't want to deal with this sacky mess I can't really give any advice on that.

Wish I had your luck. I tried playing Rabbit xyz a little while back. Kept drawing fist fulls of normal monsters every time. And even when I don't run stupid luck based stuff like that, I usually Just end up drawing all my monster based spells turn one with no monsters. Sad

As mentioned, Twilight will run amok with BLS leading the charge, and 3 MST striking down every Warning you set as Seven Tools hits the ones that dodge the bullet... then Beckoning Light or Monster Reincarnation gets it all back when you kill him. Nevermind Judgment Dragon to 3.

What a wonderful format I will be skipping.

people are never happy with the list

just 2 weeks ago we had people still complaining about heavy storm banned and how people set cards and hid behind them.....and now we have heavy storm AND mst at 3 and probably the same ones are complaining about ' too much s/t removal ' Rolling Eyes

Honestly though, I think people will not play Heavy only because everyone will expect the Heavy anyway. This format is gonna be redic, but unlike everyone Im not gonna say "OH NO THERES TOO MUCH BACKROW" Im gonna say "THEY KILLED SYNCHROS TO MAKE ROOM FOR XYZS!!! WHERES THE DIPLOMACY?"

I'm more complaining about BLS coming back when we still have Ignition Priority, and now have so many ways to dump Lights and Darks or get BLS back in the hand for another appearance. Even stuff that removes him can be teched or sided against. It's just going to be very annoying.

That, and Heavy + 3 MST nearly deals the deathblow to my Clown deck. -.-
