You kidding me? Coding is the easiest thing in the world. As long as you know what you want it can magically appear with one line of code! Obvioulsy I am being sarcastic here. Coding is a fragile process and yes, all these features would produce lag and stress. It would also mean BLS needs a bigger server, and that costs money. Tons of problems with that.

The problem with turbo duels are the low number of Speed Spells. Making EVERY spell a Speed Spell counterpart would require ton of work and would even need a new banlist etc. Too much work.

how will you guys implement it?

will there be another Window for it so only those willing to play 2/3 advance can play it?

currently there's 3 windows to choose from namely,
- Rated Advance Duels
- Unrated Advance Duels
- Traditional Advance Duels

lastly, any plans to release it this year??

this also can denote minor info on tokens too giving tokens stats if said players say like "where did that coem from" or "wich token is wich?"

I think by the end of the format players who ends up in the top 200 in Rankings should be awarded with an exclusive avatar.

This should promote the follow:

1. It encourages players to push for top 200.

2. It gives an accomplishment to the players that did it.

3. Top players will be recognized.

Quick question: Whenever Counters are implemented, will they only be able to be placed on monsters, or spells and traps? I'd hope for the latter as well, seeing how there are many that contain counters (namely Bushido counters, Pitch-Black Power Stone, etc.).

And do you guys think there will be the ability to place multiple types of counters? I have run into cases where I'd need two types of counters, and things got confusing. For instance, I might have Venom Swamp which gives enemies' monsters Venom Counters, but they also have A-Counters from my Alien monsters, or my Magical Exemplar has 2 Spell Counters, but she also has an Ice Counter from Ice Master.

A few ideas:

-Allow things like Custom Avvys/Sleeves for those in Top 200/100 or even 50.
-Traditional (Rated), I don't see why not and it would make the Tradi section more live and competitive, though I would allow people to put "No FTKs" as part of their duel notes legally for a Traditional Rated.
-Ignore button.
-Loss of reputation/experience if a player Quits or the removal of the "Quit" button.
-Allow viewers to see Graveyard/Banished zones.

2: No because Trad barely gets any attention in the first place.

3: Ignore would be nice

4: Isnt fair to those that dc because of connection issues. Also the quit button will not be taken out

5: No. There are already issues with watchers giving aid to other players. No reason to give them more information to allow them to give more aid.

And why not? the Quit button serves no purpose. It and the Admit Defeat are the same thing, but people can just quit to give no Rep. They're the same thing.

yes, I agree. The quit button currently serves no purpose but to give the player who lost the option to punish the player who won. Its very similar to the way the ASS button was being used in the past. Changing its function so that the winning player still gets rep or removing it are the only logical and FAIR options available. those are the only two logical options. There is no logical standing for keeping a button that serves no useful function other then malicious purposes.

Wrong to the nth degree.

Traditional gets no attention is because the decks over there are broken stupid. Also if a Rated lobby was made, the rules for rated would apply as well, meaning no limits on what decks people can play or what cards they can play. Trad Rated would be nothing but FTKs and games would be decided at RPS. Games decided by RPS are not fun and people admitting defeat in games that quickly would risk being banned because of the boosting checks.

It is a bad idea and will never become a good idea.

Requesting that ideas involving punishing quitting or removing the quit be added to the list with a definite no for an answer get added to the OP.

Its getting a bit tiring to repeatedly tell people what is wrong with their idea when they cant even be bothered to use the search function to see the results of other people's suggestions for the same ideas.

tag team is a major want BUT! I also see how it would effect the server and how much coding it would take.
But I do see how this can be worked around it while everyone thinks 4 people in a duel at the same time.
Well what about you really make it a tag duel what I mean is that the 2 teams do the paper scissors rock between you an your team mate the winner gets to decide who goes first for their team -the decision is kept secret from the other team- same goes for the other team then those who go first duel the winner gets a point for their team.
Then the next people vs if the score is tied -aka both team have a point- then the opposing teams choose who they would like to vs -the decision to who picks first is done by rock paper scissors- no deck switching allowed of course the winner of that duel teams wins -this could even be used for larger tag duels- yeah I no probably even harder to code then the original yu gi oh tag duel and might take more server speed or whatever but what do i no I'm just a fellow duelist who is trying to help while having no clue bout all the fancy computer stuff but thats my idea. Smile

p.s please note this was just a very rough idea and probably wont work but it is worth a try.

p.s.s please excuse any spelling mistakes or word shortening i might have done.

There's also the sharing life points, then whether you and your partner share fields, if you can use your partners monsters for tributes/fusion/synchro/xyz, whether you can attack with your partners monsters, whether you can attack a player directly if their partner has a monster...

There are too many variations on tag duels.

No. A puzzle mode would be the exact same as a solitare mode and they have already said there will be no solitare mode.

Also, what about an option that allows a player to quit only after they admit defeat? The only downside of this is that some people who are just willing to be the bigger man adn quit against an annoying person would be discouraged to do so. Other than that, i think a player should not be able to quit unless they admit defeat. This will also encourage players to press on despite being in an inferior position in a duel, since admiting defeat is "worse" than quitting.
